Question
Why do I get an error message when I press the read button?
Answer
You may see the message "Unable to read the selected text." Your application may not support this feature. As documented in the User Guide, you must first select the text first in the browser and then press the
Read
button. The automatic highlighting and reading is only supported in MS Word, Outlook, WordPad and Notepad. In all other applications, you must highlight the text first and then press the
Read
button.
